What currency are your prices in?

All of our prices are in British Pounds. If your PayPal account is in a different currency don't worry, PayPal will automatically convert it for you.

What ways can I pay?

Currently we process payments using PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay through payPal using your credit or debit card.

Can I have a refund?

Like any software, once opened, it cannot be returned, it arrives open. Unless your server is incapable of running the software we cannot offer a refund

Are your applications encoded with Zend or Ioncube?

Neither. You have full access to the source code. The applications do ship with an encrypted licence key which does tie the application to your specified domain.
